Jazmin is a lifelong Quad Citizen and has been an active member of the Quad Cities community.  She currently resides in the 6th ward with her husband Bryan and three children, Eric, Ethan, and Mila.  Jazmin is an attorney, small business owner, and active community leader.  Jazmin has served the community on various boards and commissions over the years.  Currently, she is the State Director of the Iowa League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), Vice President for LULAC Davenport, Executive Board Member for the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce, and Q2030 Board Member.  She also currently serves on appointed positions, including Commissioner on the Bi-State Regional Commission, and Commissioner for the Davenport Affirmative Action Commissions.
